HOW TO REGISTER for Saturday Only passes:
We are using EventBrite again to collect registration information. Head there, fill out the “Saturday Only” form and send $110 payment directly to novelsbyac@gmail.com
PAYMENT DUE DATES for Attendee registrations:
- Payment #1 (DEPOSIT) DUE upon completion of EventBrite registration form: $90.
- Payment #2 DUE by 9pm Eastern, Monday, March 13, 2023: $155
- Payment #3 DUE by 9pm Eastern, Friday, June 2, 2023: $100
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to these due dates. Please plan ahead.
REFUNDS:
- Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- 35% of all subsequent payments are refundable until 9pm Eastern, Monday, April 3, 2023.
- There will be NO REFUNDS after 9pm Eastern, Monday, April 2, 2023.
#OLR23 will be held at Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Hotel & Convention Center.
