#OLR24 1-Day Passes include: Saturday booksigning and Denim and Diamonds Banquet.
Is this an event for authors or readers?
Both! Our primary goal is to connect readers with some of their favorite authors and possibly introduce them to new authors. The program is full of opportunities for readers to enjoy intimate time with authors as well as participate in fun activities. Authors will appreciate seeing familiar faces as well as have a couple of opportunities to participate in professional focused sessions.

Is there a refund policy for #OLR24?
Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
25% of all subsequent payments (minus the deposit) are refundable until 9pm Eastern, Monday, March 25, 2024.
There will be NO REFUNDS after 9pm Eastern, Monday, March 25, 2024.

Which authors and industry professionals will be attending #OLR24?
We’re compiling a list of fabulous authors and industry professionals to attend #OLR24. If you’re an author or industry professional interested in attending #OLR24 or future events, you can sign up using our Author Interest Form.
Is there a cap on attendance?
Yes. In order to facilitate a safe and fun environment, there will be a cap on the number of attendees. Once that cap is reached, registration will be closed.
About Transportation & Lodging
Does the hotel offer transportation to and from the airport? Will I need to take an Uber, Lyft or any type of rideshare or perhaps rent a car?
We’re happy to report that the Sheraton Music City Hotel does offer complimentary shuttle service to and from Nashville International Airport.
The Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport Hotel is a 12-minute Uber/Lyft ride away from the National Museum of African American Music, Hattie B’s and the Assembly Food Hall, Nashville’s Largest Rooftop w/30+ eateries and bars and 3 stages!
