HOW TO REGISTER for #OLR24:
We are using EventBrite again to collect registration information. Head there, fill out the form, then return to this site to pay your deposit.
NOTE: We’ve streamlined our payment process to make things run more smoothly.
Please read carefully as this differs from past years.
PAYMENT DUE DATES for General Attendee registration:
- DEPOSIT *DUE within two weeks of completion of EventBrite registration form*: $120.
- BALANCE *DUE by 9pm Eastern, Monday, May 20, 2024*: $250
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to these due dates. Please plan ahead.
REFUNDS:
By submitting an #OLR24 registration form, you are agreeing to these #OLR24 refund terms.
- Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- 25% of all subsequent payments are refundable until 9pm Eastern, Monday, March 25, 2024.
- There will be NO REFUNDS after 9pm Eastern, Monday, March 25, 2024.
HOTEL:
The #OLR24 discounted room rate at the Sheridan Music City Nashville Airport Hotel is $179 per night.

Is there a refund policy for #OLR24?
Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
25% of all subsequent payments (minus the deposit) are refundable until 9pm Eastern, Monday, March 25, 2024.
There will be NO REFUNDS after 9pm Eastern, Monday, March 25, 2024.
